Downwind Mk III -laudalla on kyse edistymisestä, olitpa sitten vain kruisailemassa myötätuulessa tai ylittämässä surffauksen rajoja myötätuulen lyhyissä skeittipuisto-olosuhteissa.
Uppouman rungon rakenne tekee ihmeitä lisäämällä melontanopeutta ja auttaa pääsemään foilille.

• Pumppaaminen tehty helpoksi.
• Nopea uusi uppoumarunko tekee töyssyistä helpompaa kuin koskaan. Se on nopea ja tehokas, joten pääset vauhtiin tarvitsematta täydellistä melontatekniikkaa tai voimaa.

Reagointikyky

• Lay down käännökset.
• Mk III:n ääriviivat ovat lyhyempiä ja hieman kapeampia kuin aikaisemmassa Downwind-laudassa, mikä parantaa ohjattavuutta foililla. Yhdessä Forward Geometry -folioboksien kanssa tämä tarkoittaa lisääntynyttä nopeutta ja pumppaaminen on tehokkaampaa.

Mukavuus

• Ei uhrauksia suorituskyvyn parantamiseksi.
• Pienemmistä mitoista huolimatta Mk III pysyy mukavan vakaana pyöristettyjen reunojen ja tasaisemmalla kannella vuoksi. Kannella on enemmän seisomatilaa. Uusi muoto tekee laudan vakaudesta tasaisemman ja mukavamman, jotta et menetä yhtäkkiä tasapainoa.

Enemmän pitoa, enemmän kontrollia

• Downwind Mk III:n on erityisesti räätälöity tarjoamaan maksimaalista hallintaa ja mukavuutta, jotta voit edetä myötätuulessa. Kannen pito on tuntumaltaan samanlainen kuin Surf-foil lautamme. Tässä mallissa on ainutlaatuiset mikroleikkaukset kannessa, jotta kriittisiin liikkeet onnistuvat.  Silti kansi on riittävän tasainen, jotta jalkoja on helppo siirtää koko ajon ajan. Kannessa on sinisellä merkinnät, jotka osoittavat foilboksi paikan pohjassa.

Dual Carbon Stringer System

Maximum rigidity.
The ultra stiff double skin carbon PVC sandwich combined with Armstrong’s reputed i-beam top to bottom dual stringers provides maximum structural rigidity and durability. Proprietary carbon fiber foil tracks are keyed directly into the stringer fibers for a fully integrated construction.
