S2Maui materiaalit ovat erittäin kestäviä, eivät veny ajossa ja samalla erittäin kevyitä. Purjeet ovat hiilikuituverkolla vahvistettu Carbon WX Spacelight™ sisältäen Technora™ Spacelight™ materiaalia. Ajaessa huomaat laajan tuulialueen, koska purje ptiää muotonsa kovissakin puuskissa. Purje vetää tasaisesti, tuntuu neutraalilta, eikä revi tai puske ja käännöksissä vedon saa kevyesti pois vaikka olisitkin ylirikattuna.
