“I almost exclusively riding the Dynamo 70 L from AV Boards … the combo gave me the power and speed I wanted on the wave.”
“The board is even easier to turn thanks to the increased manoeuvrability … the rocker line is slightly more curved in order to have a faster board and loose feeling.”
The scoop line remains unchanged, but the bottom shape has been revised. It now features an increased V from nose to tail, with a light double concave from tail to midsection, making the board even easier to turn thanks to enhanced maneuverability.
The rocker line is slightly more curved, giving the board a faster, looser feel. The Dynamo 70 and 78 models feature an increased tail kick for even greater maneuverability in extreme wind and wave conditions.
The narrow outline retains a pin nose and fish tail, along with the trademark drastic kink from the back foot to the tail. To further improve turning performance, the footstraps are positioned slightly further back compared to the previous collection.
In addition, we use Surfing Hot Coat technology with pigmented epoxy resin, significantly reducing the need for paint layers. This optimized finishing process lowers overall weight while maintaining a clean, durable surface.
➡️ Result: a final weight reduction of approximately 250 grams, without compromising strength or performance.
Finally, the fin boxes now feature a Torx system, and all boards are built with NX CORE technology, making them lighter and more responsive while maintaining strength and durability.
